Allyson Knisely, Care Advocates
Originally from Wisconsin, Allyson met her husband and started her family in North Carolina before relocating to Knoxville in 2017 for his job. Now they’re proud to call East Tennessee home with their two kids, Conrad and Stella, and their two dogs, Ranger and Phoebe.
Allyson has a background in both Interior Design and Health Promotion, and is also a Certified Health Coach, which fuels her passion for helping people create environments — and lifestyles — that support real wellness. When she’s not at the chiropractic office, she runs her own organizing and design business, Well Spoken Spaces, where she helps clients create calm, functional spaces where they can truly rest, recharge, and thrive.
She loves finding natural and safe ways to stay healthy, and she’s always inspired by anything creative. In her free time, you’ll usually find Allyson reading, gardening, or spending time outdoors with her family.
